Our Fees for Residential Lets

Tenant find: 8.4% inclusive of VAT (7% plus VAT at 20%) of the gross annual rent.

Includes advertising and finding tenant, producing and arranging for the tenant to sign the tenancy agreement and prescribed information for the security deposit along with guarantor agreements where required, collecting the first month’s rent and the security deposit. We will charge the tenant for the relevant referencing.

Rent Collection: 10.8% inclusive of VAT (9% plus VAT at 20%) of the gross rental income for the term of the tenancy collected monthly.

Includes advertising and finding tenant, producing and arranging for the tenant to sign the tenancy agreement and prescribed information for the security deposit along with guarantor agreements where required, collecting the first month’s rent and lodging the security deposit with the DPS. Collecting and monitoring the payment of rent, reporting to the landlord and liaising with the tenant. We will charge the tenant for the relevant referencing.

Lodging the security deposit: If you require us to lodge the tenants security deposit there is a charge of £35 we will lodge the deposit with the DPS. No charge for this with rent collection.

Tenancy renewal: A fee of £150 (inclusive of VAT) for the preparation of a new tenancy agreement.

Inventory fee: Dependant on the size of the property please ask for a quote.

EPC’s: Please ask for a quote.

Gas Safety Certificates: Please ask for a quote.

Smoke Alarm Installation: Please ask for a quote
