The Martin Barry Partnership are an independently owned and run estate agency. Established in 1990, we specialise in residential property sales in and around the Brixton, Clapham, Stockwell, Herne Hill and Camberwell areas.
During the last 17 years we have built up a wide knowledge of our local area, in addition to this a number of our staff members not only lived but grew up in the vacinity. Both of the founder partners Barry Klieff and Martin Dixon have in excess of 25 years experience in the property industry and along with the office manager Mike Sylvester oversee the general running of the office.
New homes, we are regularly instructed by a number of developers in the sale of brand new properties from converted houses to school conversions and new build houses and flats. In addition to this we act for a number of clients in site acquisitions and sales ranging from hundreds of thousands to multi million pound deals.
Whatever the size of the transaction buying and selling property is about dealing with people at the Martin Barry Partnership we realise that each clients needs are different and endeavour to make our services flexible to meet the needs of the individual.
